Refund & Re-Service Policy

At Top H Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet our clients’ expectations. This policy outlines the terms for service re-execution (re-service) and refund conditions to ensure transparency and clarity.


1. Customer Satisfaction Commitment

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours from the completion time so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.


2. Re-Service Policy

If there are valid concerns related to the quality of cleaning, you may request a re-service under the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
  • The concern must fall within the original scope of work agreed upon.
  • A re-service appointment will be scheduled based on availability.
  • Re-service applies only to the specific areas originally covered, not to additional new tasks.

The company reserves the right to verify and assess the reported issue before confirming the re-service appointment.


3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cleaning services being physically performed and completed on-site, full monetary refunds are generally not available once the service has been delivered.

However, in special cases reviewed by management, we may offer:

  • A complimentary re-service at no additional cost, or
  • A partial refund at the discretion of management.

4. Booking Cancellation

  • Bookings may be canceled free of charge within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled service.
  • Late cancellations or cancellations after the team has arrived may be subject to administrative charges.

5. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under re-service or refund:

  • Issues reported after 24 hours of service completion.
  • Damage or mess caused after the cleaning team has left the premises.
  • Areas or tasks not included in the original service agreement.
  • Damage resulting from customer-provided cleaning materials or tools.
